Lexi Hone is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over 5 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. Spanning form Phlebotomist, Hospice/Longterm Care, and Behavioral Health Nurse . After earning her associate’s degree in health science along with her Licensed Practical Nurse Certification from Casper Community College, she began her career at Johnstown Heights Behavioral Health Institute, where she quickly developed a passion for delivering compassionate care to patients and their families.
Her areas of expertise include mental health, palliative/hospice care, and patient education. Lexi is particularly skilled in Communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes, Acting as a patient advocate, ensuring that their wishes are respected and understood, Providing emotional support to patients and families coping with long-term illnesses. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care while advocating for patient well-being in all aspects of her work.
Lexi enjoys spending time with her family, cuddling up on the couch with a book and her two cats Yuki & Baby. Lexi Was born and raised in Colorado but spent most of her teen years up until recently in Wyoming. Wyoming truly taught her how western medicine works but an eastern/holistic approach can also be beneficial for treatment.
