Lexi Hone is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, spanning roles as a Phlebotomist, Hospice/Long-term Care, and Behavioral Health Nurse. After earning her associate’s degree in health science and her Licensed Practical Nurse Certification from Casper Community College, she began her career at Johnstown Heights Behavioral Health Institute. There, she quickly developed a passion for delivering compassionate care to patients and their families.

Her areas of expertise include mental health, palliative/hospice care, and patient education. Lexi excels in communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes. She acts as a patient advocate, ensuring that their wishes are respected and understood, and provides emotional support to patients and families coping with long-term illnesses. Lexi is committed to delivering the highest quality of care while advocating for patient well-being in all aspects of her work.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys spending time with her family, cuddling up on the couch with a book, and enjoying the company of her two cats, Yuki & Baby. Born and raised in Colorado, she spent most of her teen years in Wyoming, where she gained insights into both western medicine and the benefits of an eastern/holistic approach to treatment.
